Entry Tickets for public visitors
will be available on the day at the entrance to the Rally Ground, and at the entrance to the Oberon Tarana Heritage Railway grounds.
Tickets purchased are valid all weekend and includes entry to the Oberon Tarana Heritage Railway and the Oberon RSL Sub Branch Museum. A free bus connects all venues.
- Visitors Adults $10.00 – includes entry to fair every day, entry to heritage railway event and bus travel ticket.
- Concessions $5.00 - Includes entry to fair every day, entry to heritage railway event and bus travel ticket Saturday/Sunday
- Children 5-15yrs $3.00 – includes entry to fair every day, entry to heritage railway event and bus travel ticket Saturday/Sunday
- Family 2 Adults and their children $25.00 – includes entry to fair every day, entry to heritage railway event and bus travel ticket Saturday/Sunday
- Oberon Leagues Club: food and drinks at bar prices.
- OTHR Heritage Railway Event: entry by HS&VF Ticket only
- Oberon RSL Sub Branch Museum. Entry free; drinks available and donations to the Legacy Hat.
- Breakfast served Saturday and Sunday at the rally grounds, $4.00 – $6.00 pp gets you a nutritious and filling country breakfast
- Exhibitors: Free entry; arm bands will be issued on receipt of a completed registration form (available on this website) or contact the Fair administration tent
- Welcome Dinner and Awards Presentation Night. $35.00 pp includes buffet dinner and entertainment. (Sat evening pre-booking required – see registration form)
- Limited Fair badges $5.00 – available from the administration tent.
- Friday Community BBQ from 5.00 pm, prices around $4.00 – $6.00pp, drinks available

Exhibitors please use the REGISTRATION FORM to book your attendance to the 1012 Highlands Steam & Vintage Fair.
In order to access free entry into the Fair coloured adhesive wrist bands will be issued to exhibitors on arrival. Wrist bands must been worn to enable free entry. Wrist bands will be available at Registration tent. Rally badges for 2012 will be available at the Registration tent at a cost $5.00 each.
